1 Cup chia seeds
1 1/4 C Cashews
1 T vanilla
1/4 t almond extract
1/4 C agave
Soak 1 Cup Chia seed in 3 Cups water..I usually soak them overnight, and you can soak them until they are gel consistency.If the top gets crusty..just stir.
In 2 1/2 Cups Water soak 1 1/4 C Raw Cashews. (soak them at least an hour.).
Place cashews in soak water in blender and blend until creamy. Add 1 T vanilla, 1/4 t almond extract. a pinch of seal salt. Blend until well mixed.
Place blender mixture in a large bowl with chia seed mixture add 1/4 C agave and stir well. Refrigerate until well chilled.
