I visited one of my favorite places for meditation and contemplation today. It has walking paths, a labyrinth, the building has what I would call musical tuned walls where I like to OM, and the medicine wheel, xeriscape gardens,Platonic Solids in the Sacred Geometry Garden Pa-Kua & sundail. It is a beautiful place where sage and sweet grass can be used during your rituals, there are birds and today is was so peacefully quiet when I was in my heart centered meditation all I could hear was the wind and the chimes. There is a lending library for checking out books, brenches to rest during your time there.
Today I asked for forgiveness as I have been looking at my judgementalness toward others and this is another one of regarding persons who gamble and this place is funded thru gambling funds.
I invited a fiend along as we haven't spent much time together due to my being judgemental toward her smoking. She was very aware to keep her distance when needing to puff and I did not offer any of my do-gooder advice.
It was a great day involving healing energy to balance out the energy of my work load.
Today I was aware of the changes in myself, as I have been going there since 2005 and today I am more soul oriented without so much ragged emotions and I experienced deep gratitude.
