Relatedness and Unrelatedness

Again being in awe of:

(1) how my simple ego can become "caught up in a thought", lose the connectedness of seemingly unrelated events.

(2) noticing the feeling of "the ripple of energy" that allows me to know that we are all connected at some level, a sensational connection, this is not of the mind, but of the body/celluar, and thus relatedness "is".

(3) watching myself "bounce" between these states of almost unconsciousness/consciousness, and noticing the connection to unrelatedness/relatedness.

Just an inquiry around your thoughts:
Do you suppose that we as a collective are most frightened of the "sensational connection" you speak of primairly because it is not of the mind, rather of the BODY and cellular level, of which we have no Mental control. And if we don't have mental control, we consider it to be competely "out of our hands?" Just an inquiry?

What happens to you, what are you aware of when you bounce between consciousness and unconsciousness and relatedness and unrelatedness.
I am often, interested in more than the "concept", really more interested in the experience? Can you share more of that? Or anyone?
