There are still some openings in the Level ONe Raw Food class scheduled for March 8...get your name on the roster and get some delicious recipe's for spring and light eating.

I can vouch for the level one being such a great experience in learning and setting a great foundation in producing Raw Foods. When I attended the class it was such a fruitful experience and well worth the time and what a fun day.
Last evening I removed all pots and pans from my home and the person who got them was so appreciative.
A friend who was moving gave me a second hot pot yesterday so now I have a pot for that wonderful coffee alternative in the morning and a one for tea, and no other cooking heat type utensils are needed in my kitchen. VL
