Ingredients:
3 medium ripe organic tomatoes
1 celery stalk organic
1 red pepper organic
1/4 piece of Jalepeno pepper
2 small carrots organic
hymilayia sea salt I used about 1/2 teaspoon
1 1/2 cups ice cubes
1/2 cup of water
This recipe requires a machine with a high powered motor(1200) like vita mix
I start out on 1(low), then increase my speed to eight(high) until well blended. Drink with the set intention of pleasure and health. My machine does not have a pulp holder, all is immersed in the drink. Thats why organic produce is soo important!
