I have been working with this raw food diet for the last several weeks. I am open to finding new recipes and trying them out. Do you have any favorites that are easy and great to eat? I would appreciate any help in this area!

Wow a long time and no visits to this site.
I am in the recovery stage of "being off" raw food and now returning. It was that trip to China that really threw me off.
So time to get back on the horse.
I don't know where everyone is in the raw food conversation since it appears it was somewhat dropped about a year ago. And maybe time to start up again. I have some great recipe's and will post them. A quick and fun snack I have been using and everyone seems to enjoy it is:
Bee Pollen
Raw Cacao Nibs
Goji Berries
Just mix to your preference and let it be available for a snack pick me up. I am really enjoying that and it is easy to carry with me wherever I go.
This may become more active again as I am considering getting my Chef and Teaching Chef certification in Raw Food...we wil see...
